Overview:
The electronic thickness gauge adopts a mechanical contact measurement method, strictly complies with the standard requirements, and effectively ensures the standardization and accuracy of the test. It is professionally suitable for accurate thickness measurement of various materials such as plastic films, sheets, diaphragms, paper, foils, silicon wafers, etc. within the measuring range.
Test principle:
The thickness gauge adopts the contact test principle, intercepts a certain size sample, and the thickness gauge measuring head automatically lands on the sample, relying on a fixed pressure and a fixed contact area to test the thickness of the sample.

Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance. while considering of sea transportation,we can extend 2 months for our customers.
Moreover, If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an E-mail or call ,we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
 
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.

5. How can we guarantee quality?
