1. Application
WAW-L series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo single-space universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile performance tests of metals, non-metallic materials, building materials, and large structural parts. This machine adopts a four-column force-bearing frame, an upper-mounted large-stroke bidirectional oil cylinder, and a high-precision load sensor is connected to the lower end of the oil cylinder. The high-precision load sensor is connected to the upper hydraulic clamp, and the lower hydraulic clamp is connected to the base.
The testing machine combines computer technology with servo motor hydraulic servo technology and a fully digital measurement and control device to achieve a three-closed-loop control method of test force, displacement, and deformation, and the control method can be smoothly switched during the test. Therefore, program tests under various test method standard requirements can be completed. The test software can work under the Windows operating system, display the test status and curves in real time, and can be re-analyzed after the test, automatically draw the report format, and print the test report.
This testing machine is an ideal testing equipment for large-load mechanical performance tests in industries such as steel, construction, and civil engineering.
2. Technical characteristics
2.1 The main machine adopts a four-column test space structure, a high-rigidity gapless frame, and high-quality structural steel to ensure that the system achieves ultra-high rigidity and greatly improves the accuracy of the system.
2.2 A high-rigidity guide device is used to ensure the elimination of lateral forces, improve the life of the cylinder, and ensure that the coaxiality of the upper and lower fixtures meets the requirements
2.3 The test machine adopts an upper-mounted large-stroke bidirectional servo hydraulic cylinder, which has a larger test space and less vibration after the specimen breaks.
2.4 The electro-hydraulic servo valve, the core component of the integrated oil circuit valve group, controls the up and down movement of the working piston, and the upward controlled operation realizes the tensile test of the material.
2.5 Through the signal feedback of the load sensor, photoelectric encoder, and electronic extensometer, the microcomputer servo system accurately controls the force load, stress, upper jaw displacement, and strain.
2.6 It can automatically complete various tests, automatically collect, process, and store test data, display the test status and curves in real time, calculate the test results to obtain characteristic values, and print the test report in the report format required by the standard (performance curves and test results can be selected).

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
