Product Description :
This machine mainly uses sliding, rolling and compound friction forms, and selects different friction pair forms under low contact pressure to evaluate the long-term anti-wear performance of lubricating oil and grease, as well as the friction and wear performance of metal materials. The machine is equipped with three types of friction pairs: four-ball, pin-disk, and thrust ring. According to user needs, various friction pair forms such as ball-disc, ball-three-piece, pin-three-column, simulated cam, and gear can be provided. The machine can measure friction torque, calculate friction coefficient, connect to a computer, and record temperature-time curves and friction coefficient-time curves. The machine is equipped with a high-precision measuring device, which can measure the size of the friction pair wear spots, or realize the computer screen display, measurement and recording of the friction pair wear spots.

Moreover, If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an E-mail or call ,we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
