JM-200HG Fully automatic rubber washing and drying machine
 

The equipment mainly consists of a stainless steel rotating drum, 1# water tank (for cleaning agent), 2# water tank (tap water), automatic three-way water diversion valve, frequency converter, high-pressure spray system, high-pressure water pump, circulating water tank, ultra-precision filtration system, drying high-temperature air duct, hot air circulation fan, electric heating pipe, insulation layer, temperature controller, reduction motor, PLC, touch screen, etc. The whole machine adopts a human-machine interface for simple and convenient operation.

Put the material into the drum → The drum runs forward and reverse → The material is automatically pre-cleaned → High-pressure spray cleaning (1# water tank and 2# water tank are automatically switched) → Dry the water → Hot air circulation baking → Material receiving basket

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
