This instrument adopts a newly designed structural appearance and microcomputer circuit, a dot matrix LCD display with backlight, and two/four detection channels can be switched at will. It has the characteristics of small size, low failure rate, high degree of intelligence, simple and fast use, etc. This instrument displays time and temperature respectively, and the heating speed is controlled by PID plus fuzzy logic algorithm (water heating medium, temperature control accuracy reaches 5.0±0.2ºC/min), program-controlled blade mixer stirring, good linearity of temperature rise, and high-precision infrared detection technology scanning The steel ball sinking distance (25.4mm) automatically records the test results. Just press the "Start Test" button and the test can be completed automatically with printout. The results are accurate and reliable and can be used for highways, urban construction, petrochemicals and scientific research institutes ( School) is engaged in asphalt performance testing and research.
