It is used to prepare hand-made paper sheets for testing physical properties. It can also be used for wet sheeting of various fibers such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, nanomaterials, etc. This machine has sheeting, filtration, pressing and drying functions. The process from fiber to sample forming is realized on one machine. Our company has many years of experience in the production of paper sheet formers. 1. This machine has the functions of sheeting, drying and pressing. It can complete the process from pulp to paper on one machine. At the same time, the paper sheets are smooth and strong in tension, which is basically close to the finished paper on the paper machine.
2. The unique water circulation vacuum pump has low noise, and avoids the shortcomings of oil vacuum pumps that often leak oil and need maintenance. At the same time, it uses 220V power supply, which is more suitable for laboratory use.
3. The integrated heating plate and heat transfer of thermal conductive silicone grease ensure that the paper sheets are evenly stressed and heated, ensuring the uniformity and consistency of the paper sheets.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
