The JM-600LHM rotorless vulcanizer is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry to control rubber quality, rapid inspection and basic rubber research. It provides accurate data for the optimal formulation of rubber, and can accurately measure scorch time, positive vulcanization Instrument time, vulcanization index and maximum and minimum torque and other parameters. It can detect AB glue, silicone, rubber, synthetic glue and so on.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
