This instrument complies with ISO 5269/2, "Pulp - Preparation of laboratory paper for physical testing," Part 2, Rapid Kothen method. It is used to prepare handsheets for testing physical properties. It can also be used for wet sheeting of various fibers, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, and nanomaterials. This machine features sheeting, filtration, pressing, and drying functions, completing the entire process from fiber to specimen in one machine. Product Features
1. This machine combines sheeting, drying, and pressing functions, completing the entire process from pulp to paper in one machine. The resulting paper boasts exceptional smoothness and strong tensile strength, nearly identical to finished paper from the paper machine.
2. It utilizes a unique water-circulating vacuum pump for low noise, eliminating the frequent oil leaks and maintenance associated with oil-based vacuum pumps. It also uses a 220V power supply, making it suitable for laboratory use.
3. The integrated heating plate and thermally conductive silicone grease ensure uniform heat distribution and uniform pressure distribution, ensuring uniform and consistent paper.
It features both automatic and manual mixing modes. The patented pneumatic mixing mechanism eliminates uneven mixing, uneven thickness, and the formation of sand holes.
