Test standards:
The JM-3536 Bitumen flash point and fire point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard for petroleum and petroleum product testing methods GB/T3536-2000 "Method for determination of flash point and fire point of petroleum products" (Cleveland open cup method). This instrument is also suitable for JTG E20-2011 Highway Regulation T0611-2011 "Bitumen Flash Point and Fire Point Test" (Cleveland Open Cup Method) and international standard ISTMD2000 test.
Application:
This instrument is suitable for using Cleveland Open Cup (COC) to measure the flash point and fire point of viscous petroleum Bitumen, coal pitch and liquid petroleum Bitumen materials with a flash point above 79°C to evaluate construction safety.
Technical Parameters:
1. Automatic scanning and ignition;
2. The heating power of the electric furnace is continuously adjustable from 0 to 800W (with digital PWM adjustment);
3. The heating wire is made of special material, has no open flame, is explosion-proof, and heats up quickly;

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We could customize machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
