The MMU-10G screen display end-face high temperature friction and wear testing machine adopts the form of sliding friction and is used to evaluate the performance of engineering plastics, powder metallurgy, alloy bearings, etc. under specified test conditions. It can be used in Room temperature ~ 600ºC (can 800ºC), tests were conducted under various conditions of oil-free lubrication and oil-immersed lubrication, as well as changing load, speed, time, friction partner material, surface roughness, hardness and other parameters. It can be used to measure material temperature rise, friction coefficient and other values.
This machine is an electromechanical and hydraulic precision testing instrument. It uses a plunger pump or an imported gear pump as the power source. The relief valve, throttle valve and reversing valve are all imported from Taiwan. The hydraulic cylinder uses a frictionless plunger cylinder to ensure accurate value transmission. The spindle motor uses Panasonic AC servo motor and controller, which has a wide speed range, large low-speed torque and low noise. The measured parameters include test force, friction force, test time, and spindle rotation speed. When any parameter exceeds the preset value, the corresponding alarm light lights up and the spindle stops rotating. All test parameters can be displayed on the digital display device and computer screen, and the temperature-time curve and friction force-time curve can be recorded.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
