This machine mainly evaluates the load-bearing capacity of lubricants in the form of sliding friction under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. It includes three indicators: maximum non-seizure load PB, sintering load PD, and comprehensive wear value ZMZ. This machine can also perform long-term anti-wear tests on lubricants, measure the friction coefficient, and record friction and temperature curves. The machine is equipped with a high-precision measuring device that can measure the size of friction pair wear spots, or realize the computer of friction pair wear spots. Screen display, measurement and recording.
This machine should be customized according to cutomers' clutches and friction disc, below specification for reference:

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
