Application range:
JM-HY05T touch screen electronic compression tester is used to test the ring compression strength of paper and paperboard, the edge compression strength of paperboard, the adhesive peel strength, and the flat compression strength. According to the technical requirements of GB/T2679.8-1995 (Test method for ring compression strength of paper and paperboard), GB/T6546-1998 (Test method for edge compression strength of corrugated paperboard), GB/T6548-1998 (Test method for adhesive strength of corrugated paperboard), GB/T22874-2008 (Test method for flat compression strength of corrugated paperboard) and other standards.
Product Features
1. Mechanical Features:(1) The transmission part of the instrument adopts a worm gear reducer combination structure. It fully guarantees the stability of the instrument during the transmission process, while taking into account the durability of the machine.
2. Mechanical Features:(2) The double linear bearing structure is used for the rise of the lower pressure plate to fully ensure the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates during the rise of the lower pressure plate.
3. Electrical Features: The instrument adopts a single-chip microcomputer control system and a servo motor power system. The rise and fall and return speeds are adjustable, which fully saves the test time. The touch screen displays the menu in full Chinese, with a high degree of automation. The use of high-precision sensors ensures the accuracy and stability of the test results.
