JM-ZYQ02TCAutomatic intelligent pattern copying machine(Rapid-Kothen Sheet Former)This is an experimental device that forms pulp and rapidly vacuum dries it. In the laboratory, various fibers, such as plant and mineral fibers, are steamed, beaten, and screened before being deflated to a standard consistency. The pulp is then placed in a sheeting drum, stirred, and rapidly filtered to form a sheet. The paper is then pressed and vacuum-dried on the machine to form a 200mm diameter circular sheet, which can be used as a sample for further physical testing.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
