The JMMF-01 Sealing Tester is expertly engineered for precise evaluation of sealing performance across a multitude of packaging formats, including bags, bottles, tubes, cans, and boxes. This indispensable instrument is designed to ensure the integrity and durability of plastic packaging containers, making it an essential tool for quality assurance.
Test Principle
The innovative technology of our sealing tester operates by creating a vacuum environment within the chamber. By immersing the sample in water, an internal and external pressure differential is established. The sealing capability is assessed by observing the escape of gas from the sample. Additionally, after the sample is subjected to vacuum expansion and subsequently releases the vacuum, its shape recovery is scrutinized to further evaluate sealing effectiveness, ensuring reliable and consistent results.
Test Standard:
This sealing tester conforms to the rigorously defined standards of GB/T 15171 and ASTM D3078, ensuring compliance with international testing protocols.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.

3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
