Product Features:
1. The force sensor can be replaced quickly and safely. Through the conversion of the force sensing element, the detection range can be changed, and the sensing analysis can be changed at the same time to adapt to different sample analysis.
2. Provide video and picture capture functions, which can record the whole process of the test of important samples, and save it in the traceable database synchronously with other test data and strain curves of the test.
3. With a data collection rate of 4000 sets per second, it can capture the precise moment when the sample changes, and reject missed and misjudged.

1. Are you Manufacturer?Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?

Moreover, If your machine doesn't work, you can send us an E-mail or call ,we will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if neccesary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
