Product application:
JM-TBU-S2T coating test machine is used for coating proofing test of coating, glue, hot melt adhesive, conductive material, nano material, etc. on paper, non-woven fabric, glass, copper foil, aluminum foil and other materials.
Since the main factors affecting the coating are coating speed and pressure applied to the coating device, the coating applied manually often appears inconsistent, especially the difference between different people is greater, which makes it difficult to compare the test results between samples. This coating test machine automatically coats, the coating speed is adjustable, and the coating pressure is quantitatively adjustable. Thus, the shortcomings of manual coating are fundamentally solved. It can coat a wet film with good repeatability and accurate coating thickness. Thus, it provides a stable coating sample for the measurement and research of various indicators of the coating.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
