The 23-liter Hollander beater (Valley beater) is an international standard equipment for papermaking laboratories and is an essential equipment for studying pulping and papermaking processes. The machine uses the mechanical force generated by the flying knife roller and the bottom knife to cut, crush, rub, split, swell and refine various fiber pulps, waste paper, etc., and at the same time cause displacement and deformation of the cell wall of the fiber, and rupture of the primary wall and the outer layer of the secondary wall. According to the pressure on the bottom knife and the beating time, pulp with different beating degrees can be obtained to study the performance of pulp and formed paper sheets. The Valley beater is widely used in pulping tests of various plant fibers, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, and glass fibers. It is an indispensable papermaking experimental equipment for paper production testing, quality control, process formulation, and teaching and scientific research experiments. The machine meets the requirements of ISO 5264/I, TAPPI-T200 and GB/T24325-2009 Pulps-laboratory beating-Valley beater method. This machine can change the weight pressure, beating time, and automatically control the beating time to obtain different experimental results.

1. The key wet parts such as the pulp pool, flying knife, bottom knife are made of stainless steel, which is durable and corrosion-resistant.
2. The electrical switches are installed above the machine to avoid water ingress and high safety performance.
3. The upper anti-splash cover can be disassembled for easy cleaning.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
 
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.

4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
