The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo brake reciprocating wear fatigue testing machine is mainly used for brake wear performance testing, which is what we often call brake pad wear performance testing.
1. Testing force
1.1 Maximum axial test force: 150kN, using hydraulic loading and closed-loop control.
1.2 Relative error of test force indication: ±1%;
2. Piston reciprocating speed: 8-15mm/s, computer setting.
3. Maximum piston stroke: 500mm, computer setting.
4. Maximum brake system pressure: 10MPa, manually set.
5. Friction plate: two types: 90mm and 120mm, material Q345-D.
6. Friction surface temperature: measure the temperature from time to time.

2. What's the delivery term?
1-3 working days for the standard machine if we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 3-15 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines). If you are in urgent need, we will making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send the operation manual and video in English version through Email.
Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and start to use. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
