The 23-liter Hollander beater (Valley beater) is an international standard equipment for papermaking laboratories and is an essential equipment for studying pulping and papermaking processes. The machine uses the mechanical force generated by the flying knife roller and the bottom knife to cut, crush, rub, split, swell and refine various fiber pulps, waste paper, etc., and at the same time cause displacement and deformation of the cell wall of the fiber, and rupture of the primary wall and the outer layer of the secondary wall. According to the pressure on the bottom knife and the beating time, pulp with different beating degrees can be obtained to study the performance of pulp and formed paper sheets.
